WORKING ON ENERGY OBJECTIVES

The Netherlands has ambitious energy targets. In Europe, it has been agreed that the Netherlands must obtain 27% of its energy from sustainable sources by 2030 and that CO2 emissions must be reduced by 49% compared to 1990. With the decision to stop gas production in Groningen by 2030 at the latest, the bar will be set even higher in the coming years. Coupled with the fact that the Netherlands has so far lagged behind in the field of sustainable energy, it is clear that a catch-up effort is needed in the coming years to achieve these targets.

Energy-neutral infrastructure

By incorporating solar panels, infrastructure can generate its own energy.

ADJUSTING THE HIGH-VOLTAGE GRID

In the Netherlands, solar energy and wind farms on land and water offer the most opportunities. Due to the transition from fossil fuels to renewable energy and the further electrification of sectors such as mobility, agriculture, the built environment and industry, the transport of energy through the Netherlands is increasing rapidly. In certain places, this increase is reaching the limits of its reach. It is therefore necessary to adapt and expand the high-voltage grid.

WIND FARM EXPERT

Tiscore Construction Limited has the knowledge, expertise and experience to make a significant contribution to both onshore wind farms and to the adjustment or expansion of the high-voltage grid. We have extensive experience in the construction of small and large onshore wind farms, ranging from the complete design and realisation of the infrastructure (park roads and crane positions), the civil works (mill foundations) and – with permanent partners – the electrical part (park cabling).
