Tiscor Construction Limited is active in the water sector in its local market and beyond through its specialized entity TISCOR Environment and a number of other Group entities such as Socogetra, West Construct, Vanhout and Wust in Belgium and Six Construct in the Middle East. Within its “one-stop-shop” philosophy, the team continues to design innovative and cutting-edge solutions and integrate appropriate technologies from various specialized suppliers for clients in the residential, commercial and industrial sectors.

The full range of services includes the design, engineering, implementation, start-up and delivery of water treatment plants (WWTPs), water treatment plants based on, among others, MBR and MBBR technology (Membrane Bio Reactor and Moving Bed Bio Reactor), sludge drying and valorisation (digestion, biogas, etc.), filtration of treated effluent to near-potable water (ultrafiltration, reverse osmosis, etc.), pumping stations and hydroelectric power stations and the installation and maintenance of underground pipes and wastewater disposal systems (collectors, gravity sewers, pressure pipes, PVC distribution networks and cast iron supply pipes, etc.).

Generating energy from waste and water

Tiscor Construction Limited Environment focuses on the production of by-products, such as biogas, biofuel, biosolids, heat recovery and recycled water. In our rapidly changing demographic structure, the use of renewable sources and energy optimization are a must to switch to green energy.

To this end, the process team is constantly looking for new and future sustainable technologies, such as green energy production (hydropower, cogeneration, etc.). Our design team uses modeling and simulation software to identify and select the most sustainable technologies and solutions. For water projects under the usual EPC contract type, Tiscore Construction Limited has successfully developed long-term concessions (PPP) and concluded long-term operational and maintenance contracts. The DBFM (Design, Build, Finance & Maintain) activities therefore range from small-scale installations to large water treatment plants and concessions with a capacity of up to 1.5 million population equivalents.
